THIRTY3SOUTH has a standard pricing scheme established for Colliers properties across 2 distinct products, examples of which are below;

Basic Graphic Film – $950 + GST

Inclusions

  • 1.5 hour filming

    5-7 photos provided by client. All additions such as outlines etc must be provided at time of booking.

  • Graphic Overlay

    Graphic overlay to highlight key selling points. All text to be provided and approved at time of booking.

  • Duration

    Up to 60 seconds in length

  • Royalty Free Music Track

    Royalty Free music provided

Property Video – $1,650 + GST

Inclusions

  • Video

    Fully filmed architectural style video

  • Graphic Overlay

    Graphic overlay to highlight key selling points. All text to be provided and approved at time of booking.

  • Duration

    Up to 120 seconds in length

  • Royalty Free Music Track

    Royalty Free music provided

  • Voiceover or Agent Introduction

    Includes agent introduction or 30 second voice over ( 70 words MAX)

Additions

  • Voiceover

    If you require a voiceover that is longer than 60 secs (71 – 140 words) the following price increases apply;

    • Up to 120 seconds (140-210 words) + $350 + GST
    • Over 120 secs + POA

  • Aerial Filming

    Aerial filming is subject to quotation due to variances in project, requirements and flying restrictions

  • Translation

    Voice and Overlay can be translated into Chinese. Pricing for this service is available by request.
